I’m a huge fan of healthy snacks, not only for myself, but for my kids. And thankfully, they enjoy celery – more specifically, ants on a log. It’s not only a healthy snack, but it’s incredibly easy to make. I often ask my 10 year old to make it for our whole family, and she does a fantastic job doing so.
In my Degustabox (oh, you haven’t heard of this subscription box? I’ll tell you more later on), I found the new Jif Cinnamon Peanut Butter Spread, and got all super excited about it. One taste, and I was hooked. It has the RIGHT amount of cinnamon flavor, without overpowering the peanut butter taste. So while it was right up my alley, the real challenge was with my kids. They aren’t exactly big on trying new things, but I encouraged them on this one. It was a huge hit!
