I cannot tell you how many times my husband has come home from work and him ask me what we’re having for dinner…..to which I replied, “I haven’t thought of it yet.” I’m a stay at home mom, so I cook, clean, take care of our kids and I’m a blogger, so I’m always on the go! So when I heard about this DIY project, I HAD to jump on board with it!
How neat is this? I went to a church event last night with the women of our ward. We were asked to bring an 8×10 photo frame and the plan was to talk about table etiquette and the importance of it. They had “Weekly Menu Plan” printed color papers on the table for us to put in our frames. It’s SUCH a simple DIY project when you don’t have a whiteboard or chalkboard in your kitchen.
It’s easy to clean off each week, so we don’t have to waste paper. And as a mother of 4, it’s extremely important for me to be organized in every way possible.
What you need:
8×10 frame of your choice
color paper with the days of the week listed
A dry erase marker
This is such an easy project, that I feel almost dumb that I hadn’t thought of it before. Writing on the glass works well, and I can simply wipe it off when I’m done with the week. I was also able to decorate it just a little bit with the hearts and dots…and it’s awesome that I can change it up when I want.
