So on Thanksgiving last week, I made a super yummy, super tasty cheesecake…but I somehow ended up with left over filling. The only thing I was worried about was wasting it! It must be used, I thought!
I was looking for a way to use my left over homemade cheesecake filling, and of course Pillsbury had a recipe with their croissants…and lucky me, I had a couple packages in my fridge needing to be used. I wanted to make it a bit more festive, and used green food coloring for the filling.
What you need:
1 package of Pillsbury croissants
cream cheese filling (packaged or homemade)
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
