I’m a mom who always loves trying to find new recipes to sample with my kids. I have four of them (and a 5th on the way), and 3 out of 4 are old enough to help out around the kitchen. They quickly jump the gun when I ask them about making a new treat. We decided to try out S’mores Dip, which is super easy to make (I like easy!) and it is something I know my kids would definitely enjoy.
This recipe didn’t even cost much at all. We used the generic Walmart brands, excluding the Hershey’s chocolate chips, and the total came to less than $7. Not to mention that this recipe makes WAY more than enough. This fun recipe is perfect for a family get-together!
What you need:
1 box Graham Crackers
1 bag Marshmallows
1 can Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the whole bag of Hershey’s Chocolate Chips on the bottom of a round pan.
Mix the chocolate chips well with the whole can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Place the pan (without marshmallows) in the oven at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Take pan out of oven and top with marshmallows. Change the oven to Broil (my temp was automatically set to 500 degrees) and allow to preheat to the appropriate setting. Once done, place the pan in the oven for only 1-1 1/2 minutes, depending on how brown you want your marshmallows. If you like them super crispy and mildly burnt, like I had it, leave it in there for another 30 seconds.
Voila! you’re ready to place this yummy dip on the table (with proper pan holders under them). Serve hot, and with regular graham crackers or cinnamon. We enjoyed our dip with Cinnamon graham crackers.
They were a huge hit with my kids, and myself of course!
This recipe makes enough for a good group size, so this idea is perfect for parties or special occasions.
