Check Out our #DisneySide @Home Celebration Party 2015

(Disclaimer: I received free products in order to host the Disney Side @Home Celebration. I was under no obligation to give a positive experience. The opinions expressed here are 100% my own. The photos shown are ones that I took and have received permission to post these on my site.)

This was incredibly exciting, as I received another fantastic opportunity to host a #Disney Side @Home Celebration party, courtesy of Disney Parks and MomSelect. I could not wait to get this party started, and crossed my fingers and toes in hopes that it would be as successful as the last DisneySide party I hosted last year.

Once again, I asked my guests to dress up as their favorite Disney character, and this time we were able to have a variety of participants – including Hiro (from Big Hero 6), Wreck it Ralph and Fix it Felix, Prince Eric and Flynn Rider – along with MANY others. There were a total of 17 children total that graced us with their presence (although 2 of them were little babies), and you could tell how happy they were to show off their DisneySide!

My co-host cousin, who dressed up as a pirate extra for Pirates of the Caribbean, had the kids sit on the floor and asked them Disney Trivia Questions, ranging from the movies ‘The Lion King’ to ‘Toy Story’. Incredibly enough, the kids knew the answers to most of the questions! We were amazed!

Our Red Carpet photos were a huge hit with the kids, as they wanted to show off their DisneySide costumes.

And speaking of Flynn Rider – or Eugene (which he hates to be called), he was often walking around the party showing everyone his Wanted Poster – ” They just can’t get my nose right!”, along with something he likes to call “the schmolder”. Needless to say, we were a bit confused at what that was.

We had such a blast with Cinderella. After everyone ate their pizza and fun treats (such as this super duper awesome Slow Cooker Chex Mix – find the recipe here), she did what we all know her to do – clean up the mess and sing a merry tune. Unfortunately, no animals came to assist her.

I want to thank Disney Parks and MomSelect for allowing me to participate in the DisneySide @Home Celebration promotion. I cannot wait to host more parties in the future.
