Flip. Dose. Done!

Have you heard about the brand new product that has been added to the Purex family yet? It’s called thepurex powershot Purex PowerShot, and it’s gives you an interesting way of measuring your laundry detergent automatically. Intrigued yet? Read on!

According to the Purex Website, “NEW Purex® PowerShot™ is a super-concentrated liquid detergent with auto-dosing technology that provides a no-mess, no-guesswork solution to laundry care. It’s easy to use, too! Just Flip, Dose and Done!” The Purex PowerShot has a super concentrated formula with 50% more stain-fighting power, compared to their regular Purex detergent, which easily caught my attention.

I shot a quick video with my son to demonstrate how easy it is to use the new Purex PowerShot with each load of laundry. With our family of 6 (our 7th is on the way in May), we have three separate laundry baskets – one for boys, one for girls, and one for my husband and me – and they are usually full by mid week! Such a struggle for a stay-at-home mom, but the job MUST be done.

Be sure to watch our video below:

What I really like about the Purex PowerShot is that it is so quick very easy to use. It was shown in the video that my 7 year old son was able to use it efficiently.  I didn’t have to worry about him making any sort of a mess (unless, of course, he had decided to open up the lid WHILE the bottle was turned upside down).

2342342In addition, the PowerShot gives the RIGHT amount with it’s New Auto-Dosing Technology. It measures the detergent for you, so I don’t have to worry about wasting any of the detergent, or over-measuring. And I don’t have to be concerned of my older children over-measuring as well, when I ask them to help out with a load of laundry. This product truly simplifies my life as a mom, when it comes to my daily household chores! The unexpected always happens – my kids come home from school with grass stains on their clothes, playing at recess, or my 2 year old decides she wants to be held at that exact moment when I’m trying to relax and sip on some hot chocolate, dumping the hot contents all over my shirt. I’m able to gather up a quick load and use the Purex PowerShot to effectively clean those aggravating stains.

Two thumbs up from this mom! This detergent gets the job done in a one-two-punch. Don’t miss out, if you get the chance to try it out for yourself! 5. I do about 8 to 10 loads a week. There are only 4 of us here, but my husband is in his last year of veterinary school and we love to go to the gym, so he often changes 2 to 3 times a day!

Fiance works construction though so I’m always looking for a better detergent to help keep his clothes smelling fresh & clean. on an average, I do 3/4 loads a week as we also have a small washing machine and layers of clothing add up quick when you work outside.
