What you need:
1 cup Skim Milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 packets of Zero Calorie Sweetener (I used Monk Fruit in the Raw Sweetener)
1 tbsp peanut butter
8 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together and top with whip cream (if desired). Without the whip cream, this single-served milk shake is only 185 calories, compared to the typical shake, which is about 600-700 calories! Sweet!
