Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake

Want a healthier alternative to a milkshake? Try this Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake!

What you need:

1 cup Skim Milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 packets of Zero Calorie Sweetener (I used Monk Fruit in the Raw Sweetener)
1 tbsp peanut butter
8 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients together and top with whip cream (if desired). Without the whip cream, this single-served milk shake is only 185 calories, compared to the typical shake, which is about 600-700 calories! Sweet!

My kids loved this idea. Try it for yourself and see how you like it. Be sure to share this simple recipe with your friends.

  1. Oh My Gosh! My kids would go crazy for this. They love Sweet treats and I love being able to make them something at home. This also sounds perfect for hot summer days…. the ice cream places are so expensive 🙂 Thanks for sharing this gem with us!

  3. I’m really not into milkshakes, however this one sounds really good. I love peanut butter. I eat it every day.
