The surprise bread I was making was….ICE CREAM BREAD!
Have you heard of it? It’s super easy to make, and it was surprisingly good!! Be sure to like and share with your friends!!
What you need:
2 cups of ice cream (any flavor)
1 1/2 cup of self-rising flour
mix together until creamy
bake in a bread pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
That’s it! Top it with your favorite jelly or butter. You’ll be able to taste the ice cream flavor in it. I love this recipe. Be sure to share with your friends and family!
