Loaded Potatoes

These Loaded Potatoes are super easy to make, and they are very delicious. Most of the seasoning will have to be measured to YOUR desired taste.

5 lb bag Potatoes (whichever you prefer, I used red)

1 lb hamburger

shredded cheese

sour cream

bacon bits

1 tbsp butter

salt

pepper

basil

onion powder

loaded potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Wash, and cut potatoes into cubes. Put potatoes, butter, and seasonings in a bowl and mix them all up together.

Spread them out on a baking sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, bring the baking sheet out and turn the potatoes over, so that each part it cooked through. Put back in oven for 15 minutes. Repeat 2 more times.

After you take them out of the oven, pile half of the cooked potatoes in an oven safe bowl (I used a round cake pan). Sprinkle bacon bits and cheese. Pile on the rest of the potatoes on top, and sprinkle more bacon bits and cheese. Dollop sour cream on top, along with a little more salt and pepper (to taste). Serve immediately with ranch dressing.
