Chocolate Snack Cake

When I had decided to bake something this morning, I didn’t realize that it would be all gone by the end of the day. That’s when you know it’s successful, am I right?

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cold water

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl. Bring them both together and mix them with electric mixer for about 1 minute.

Place mix in 9 inch round greased pan. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of sugar and/or chocolate chips on top, and put in oven for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes, then serve.

What I love about this recipe is that replaces eggs with white vinegar. To me, it tastes a whole lot better that way. You have GOT to try out this Chocolate Snack Cake. It’s moist, delicious, and it’s super easy to make!
