Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies


Warning!! These cookies are super delicious, so be sure to only make them if absolutely neccessary. 🙂

Here are the ingredients you need to make these delicious cookies!

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 jar of Nutella

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, whip butter and sugars on medium-high speed until pale and fluffy, about 3 – 4 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing until combined after each addition and adding vanilla in with second egg. With mixer set on low speed, slowly add in dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate 2 hours.

Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with wax paper and place (30) 1 1/2 tsp size dollops of Nutella onto lined baking sheet. Transfer to freezer and freeze 1 hour.


Preheat oven to 350*F. Scoop cookie dough about 2 Tbs at a time and roll into balls. Make indention in each ball so it’s shaped like a bowl. Place on Nutella dollop in each bowl and wrap cookie dough around it so there’s no Nutella showing (so it doesn’t seep out while baking).

Bake in preheated oven about 9 minutes on buttered cookie sheet. Allow to cool several minutes on cookie sheet before removing.

  1. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and i’ve been craving nutella like Crazy! These look amazing! I’m going to make these for christmas, throw in some chopped ande’s for a nice minty nutella flavor.
